I was in contact with a representative at the Los Angeles location named Christian, a week prior to my purchase to confirm that they had everything I needed. When the time comes to purchase the hair, they explain that they don’t have it available and that they would need to order it from their Sister location in Miami. I was very frustrated because I needed the hair same day. I then compromised with overnight shipping and was completely skeptical he said and I quote “ if you purchase the hair now(10:30am) our contacts in Miami have enough time to send it out today. It then arrived 3 days later. I have asked for a refund back for the overnight shipping and now no one is answering my calls. Great customer service is what keeps me coming back to a company, i will never purchase from this company again. There are plenty of vendors out there with quality hair and professional representation. 2/10
The hair came on time, but the end of the hair was like it was burnt

To be honest the hair was very soft and lightweight. It did not tangle or have a chemical smell to it. I was able to save this hair from the last style to reuse it for another style later.
